Received what I ordered in a timely fashion.
Did not tell me you were shipping the collsrs separste, thouhht I hsd initially rrceived a partial order until the srcond collar arrived. Overall very satisfied.

Quality tags
I was really happy with these tags. I bought one for each of my three dogs. They are strong and durable. The only detail I did not like is that I wish I could have had more room for info on the tags.

NOT ENOUGH SIZES IN DOG COLLARS.
YOU NEED TO OFFER A LARGER RANGE OF SIZES OF COLLARS. PEOPLE WITH REAL SMALL DOG AND SOME MEDIUM SIZES ARE NOT OFFERED. I MAY HAVE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE ???

Bigger numbers
I bought 2 sets of plastic cat tags, using 3 fields....pet name, city, phone. The first set I put the phone number on one line, and the numbers are small. I wanted a spare set, so I ordered 3 more, this time putting the area code on the 3rd line, and the phone number on the 4th line, hoping the numbers would be bigger. No, they were the same. It would be nice if the information could be printed as big as possible. Us older folks need larger type. Other than that, the tags are so cute and give me piece of mind that if my pet gets lost, they will be returned.

Great Service
PetTags.com provided an excellent service. If I could change two things they would be to allow customers to select overseas military postal abbreviations for state (IE: AP, AE, ETC). Also, I couldn't select the quantity of my tags so I ordered each one separately. Make selecting quantity possible or make finding quantity easier.

correct & quick delivery
Tags came within a week. Got 2 reflective cat faces, small. Not a lot of room on the tag for info, so just putting cats name and two phone numbers was sufficient. (It's important to chip your pet, and neuter/spay is a must! ). Wish the back of tag with info was a solid color and not patterned as it would be easier to read. Also the edges of the tag could be a bit smoother - just for looks, it doesn't cause any issues. Over all I'm happy with the tags, like the color and the reflective feature. A "ring" versus an "S" hook would have been better, especially with a small tag (S hooks are best for large dogs).
