Disappointed
Okay let's start out with the fact that when I first placed my order the money was immediately taken out of my account yet I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail or proof of purchase. After a few days I began to wonder if my order even went through because that's unsual. I went on the website and used the contact form to check the status of my order. No reply. A week from when I asked the status i received my order. I was BEYOND disappointed with the look of the tag. It was not at all what I expected. Plus it was sent with an S shapes hook, how would that even stay on a pet collar? It's open on both sides!! And it arrived in a regular white mailing envelope that was busted open because the tag was too thick for the envelope. So I went back online to the contact form, sent another e-mail and no answer! I did this several more times and still never got an answer!! So I wasted my money all for pointless frustration to a company who won't TRY to contact me back. I am making sure I tell my friends and family not to order from here. Awful. You are better off spending the $15 at a pet store for a tag.

Two blinking dog collar lights
Order two dog collar lights on 12/14/14, upgraded shipping so they would arrive before Christmas. They product has not been delivered. Emailed Pet Tags three times, and received no response. Have used this company in the past without any concerns, will never use them again.

Didn't honor their discount offer
Beware this site. Their products are great but they did not honor the 25% discount that they promised.

Over-charged, do not buy, worst cust service
Did not honor their 25% discount. In the last month, I've emailed twice, left two messages with a person three times because "Carol Baker" is the only one who can address this. She has been "out" each of the three days I've called. I've been a customer for over a decade but NEVER AGAIN. OVER-CHARGED, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER?! Pathetic.
