Got what I expected
PetTags sent me what I ordered. A bit of a delay in receiving merchandise and not too many color choices, but overall, a good product.

Pet ID Tag and Collars
I was very happy with the collars I ordered for both my Dog and Cat! They are very nice looking and are strong. I especially like that their name and our phone number are on the collar. I was a little disappointed in the ID tag for my cat. It almost looks like it can break/split apart. I will have to keep an eye on that. Overall a good experience, I have bought before and will buy again. Prompt delivery too! Thank you, Maria

Overall I would rate it a B-....
I was given a flyer for PetTags.com when I adopted a pup from a local shelter last month, and loved that they were a local company. I placed an order for a dog tag (love the bone shape!) and was happy with the price. Then I didn't hear a peep for 10 days. No order received confirmation, no shipping confirmation...nothing. I sent a note via the comments section of the website, and still nothing. Very frustrating. I finally received the tag and and pleased with my purchase, but I value customer service above all.

cat-face tag in stainless steel
its cute with cut in fase details on one side and the name, etc on the other side. I guess I didn't pay attention tho because they are quite large and dangle in the water and the food and even in the litter. They are over an inch tall and wide. Other than that (and it's probably my fault!) they are quite nice.

Happy with the product, can you stop the emails?
I'm happy with my tags. They were done quickly and completed perfect. I have tried 4 times to be removed from your email list and they keep coming, sometimes 4 a week. It's to the point where I'm about ready to never order from you again. Will you please remove me from your email list?

Never received my order
I never received my order, and ordered a month ago. I called customer service and they were very friendly and reshipped my order. looks like the original order was lost in the mail. my inquiry was handled very well, thank you.

Good
I ordered the tags that slide onto the collars. They should be curved a little to fit better. The engraving was a tad smaller than I would prefer.
