Called and emailed several times to update my address. No one ever acknowledged and never got my order.

I ordered 3 tags at the same time. Each had the dog name with our address and number. 1 of the tags had misinformation. I was very upset and will not order from here again. This could have easily been corrected if minute quality checking was in place.

Asking for a review and I have not even received the product. very slow I would ever trust this site again

Ordered a tag, and after several days emailed the company asking for a time frame for arrival. Received email stating that tag was shipped on 19th and I would get it sometime that week. Never got anything. Sent 2nd email and heard nothing. Called company no less than 5 times in 3 days and got the answering service each time. Was told that they had no idea why the company had never gone off of service after lunch first day, Second day was told that no one took them off service at all that day, Third day was told that they still on service. Was planning on ordering additional tags since I had gotten a discount code with confirmation of original ordering. Not now, not ever again, with this type of service.

I ordered two pet tags. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the first tag. That tag looked extremely cheap. I waited over an additional week to receive an envelope that was all chewed up with out a tag inside. I have called their "customer service" line 5 separate times, at different times during the day, only to be told to either 1) call back between 8am-3pm central time, or 2) I will fax your phone number to the owner to have them contact you. I have never received a return call, nor a replacement tag. HORRIBLE way to run a business. I will NOT recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever order from them again. Cheap products IF they do arrive.

It has been four weeks and still no pet tag. They never answer there emails so you have to call them and get more promises with no action. Most of the time you call and get an answering service that cant help you at all.

We ordered 3 pet tags from these people. The did not spell our town correctly and they doubled up on one of the cat's names. We emailed with pictures of the problem. We emailed several times regarding this order ... no response. We unsubscribed from their constant sales emails...still getting them. The info they send with the orders say DO NOT CALL. Their customer service is the worst. We returned the incorrect tags and have not received the corrected tags. I would never recommend this company to anyone. (This review isn't posted on Pettag site. In fact, it isn't posted anywhere. Time to inform yelp.)

I ordered two collars to deliver to Brazil on january 7. They did not arrive. I sent 2 emails, haven't get Any answer. In the past years I' ve ordered collars and got them two times. So I didn't expect that.
