Looks nice on the collar
Looks nice on the collar, wish it were curved a little to conform to his neck. But overall happy so far.

Tags are great, but no order confirmation or tracking
Pettags.com is the one and only site where you can get plastic tags that are reflective on both sides. The large round tags I order have room for tons of info, so I always want to get my pet tags here. That said, this site is still partying like it's 1999. Failing to so much as provide an e-mail confirming the order, and shipping it without any kind of tracking, is simply unacceptable in today's e-commerce world. It's also stupid, not only from a customer service standpoint, but also from a financial standpoint. Anyone who pays with Paypal can get their tags free by opening an Item Not Received claim. Since Pettags.com doesn't use tracking numbers, they cannot prove shipment and will thus lose the claim; Paypal will take the money out of their account and give it back to the buyer. I would very much like to see the owners of this site get serious about it.

small
It's super cute and arrived in reasonable time but I chose a large and it was fairly small.

Pettags.com
Overall the tags are good. Printing should be larger as phone numbers are hard to read.

Reinforcement
Tag came quickly, but they need to reinforce the hole with a metal grommet. The last tag I purchased broke and the plastic split due to wear around the opening. I hope this new one will be ok!

Great tags, poor connector
I've ordered and received a number of tags and been very pleased with them over the years. Fast service. To be better, I do wish this company would not supply the "s" hooks but would rather supply small round rings like a key ring to connect the tags. Tnx for asking my opinion.
