I am dissatisfied because I ordered a cat pet tag and when I got it, it was totally wrong, nothing on it was correct. I returned it several weeks ago and have not received it back. Judy Davis

The pictures looked nothing like the finished product. I don't know why but the engraving is tiny, barely legible because it is so small, and looks ridiculously disproportionate on the medium sized tag. I thought it was going to look like the pictures, where the engraving fits the tag. I thought about sending it back for a refund, but it wasn't worth the shipping cost.

I placed two orders with pettags.com and spent a lot a of money. The first order took over a month to even get to my house. I have never even received the second order! It was a simple cat collar. It has been over two and a half months! When you call them the office is always closed. They are only open Monday through Thursday til 4pm or something like that. What about the people who work? They can't call at that time. How do you run a business like this??? Please everyone please do not order from this site. Thank you for your time. Sorry for my negativity but this company needs to take responsibility.

So... I ordered a collar, and tag for my cat from pet tags, as I have had a good experience ordering tags from them before. I spend $44 on both, thanks to a coupon code they had and was very excited to get them. Upon getting my confirmation email... I was a little concerned to see that it says I spent $44, but then it lists the items I purchased, it ONLY lists the tag. I figured this was just a small error in the email, as I was charged the full $44, and it confirmed my order on the site. I got my tag within 3 days, which is wonderful, but after a week and a half of waiting, there was no collar... I was slightly concerned so I sent an email, with my order number and info, simply trying to confirm that I did order a collar and something didn't go wrong. After another week, no responses at all, so I sent a second email, Still no responses to that one or the first one as of today... It says in the email that collars and leashes take up to 21 days, well today is day 22, and all I wanted was to make sure the order went through. Guess I will have to talk to my bank now... As Im not paying $44 for a tag. I really wanted that collar too.

Would love to give a review but have not received the collar I ordered.

The pet tags I ordered did not even stay on the animal 2 days. The hole ripped right through the metal s hook. Very dissatisfied. Big waste of money.

I was disappointed because the phone numbers were diplayed all together instead of with dashes. (i.e. 1234567890 vs.123-456-7890) Also engraving isn't very deep so they are very hard to read. Personally, I will not use Pet Tags again and will have to reorder tags to replace these two.
