Not recommend
Not recommend I received my service dog tags and all the info on the back was blended all together in a white blur so it was not legible. I texted and emailed Pettags numerous times with absolutely NO response. Jeani Martin

The tag never arrived
The tag never arrived. I reached out by email multiple times to follow-up on the order and have heard nothing about the status of the order or about getting a refund. I would like a refund please.

Misleading information on their website…
Misleading information on their website about a product. I told them I wanted my money back which they agreed to but have yet to send me any money. I've reminded them 3 times now and nothing.

Ordered a no bark collar it does not …
Ordered a no bark collar it does not work and came with no instructions. Tried contacting by phone and number has been disconnected and no available email contact. How is it legal for a company to still operate with all these issues? Very frustrated because now there are no dog bark collars on line only a whistle...really??

Failed to send merchandise
Ordered merchandise on line using credit card to pay. After 3 weeks No merchandise received. Telephone lines always busy day after day. Did not respond to email message. Charged credit card. Is this a legitimate business?

Bogus company? Do not order through them.
I ordered a tag 3 weeks ago. They took immediate payment and I have never received the tag despite sending 3 messages to them. They have simply never replied to me. Disgrace. Avoid!

Unacceptable and Unprofessional Company
I ordered a tag 3 weeks ago and have still not received it. They are virtually impossible to get a hold of. Both numbers on the website are busy signal every time I call no matte what time of the day. I received one email back from the 3 I have sent saying that there was a holiday (labor day) and that might be the reason. IT says on the website it will take 6-8 days. I still can not get a hold of anyone. This company is bogus!!! Do not order from them!

Go elsewhere
The print on our "large" tag is so small that one needs a magnifying glass to read it. The split ring is so small that one cannot separate it to go on a collar ring. Don't understand why they even bother to send their tags.
