Product is great BUT they then swamp you with emails. Even after unsubscribing I still get 3-4 emails a week way too many. I order things as I need them and the advertising is wasted on me.

Text on tags is too small and the bottom line is almost off the tag. After a little time and wear I am not sure the bottom line will be readable and it has my contact phone number. If it cannot be read that's a serious loss. Tag also says ID chip and that's readable because it's in the middle line so it will help. Amount of text per line should be what will be easily readable -- even if that's a few characters less. Text should all be well within the edges of the tag.

Tag arrived in a decent amount of time. Quite expensive!! Don't mind you getting rich but not from senior citizens as myself.

I ordered on-line and never got an e-mail of shipment, even though my credit card was charged. Several days later I called, and my order had obviously gotten confused with someone else's. The person on the phone took all my information, and the tags arrived a few days later, with everything correct.

I have purchased from here before but this last time it took almost a month to get the collars I ordered and when I emailed and called to ck on the order nobody got back to me. They ended up showing up in the mail about a week after I inquired. Overall the quality is good. The one issue I find with these is the placement of the info you want on the collar. Depending on the size of the collar you order and your dog's neck size some of the info can be covered up by the adjustable part which is frustrating. If your dog's collar size is on the low end of the range (like if they have a 14-20" collar and your dog is 15" you may have an issue but if your dog is closer to the 20" you are fine) The buckle type would probably work better and in the future I would probably look into those kind I think.

For the price I paid the tag should at least be legible. If my dog gets out and is found by someone they are going to have a very hard time figuring out my phone number, they will have to remove his collar and look at it closely!!!

Happy with the product. Shipping charges outrageous. An e-mail I previously sent questioning the status of the order was never answered.
