This company feels like a scam. Awful experience! I never heard from the provider. The time frame windows you provide them mean absolutely nothing. When I called the number, the customer service agent was completely unhelpful. Because the issue was unresolved, I asked to speak with a supervisor but Tom said there isn't any supervisors. $100 wasted. I would recommend going with another company. Why is their headquarters a random house in Georgia?
