Having booked my dog in for a 2 day stay, I subsequently had to cancel due to cancellation of a holiday. Company policy is to place a deposit then pay the balance within 7 days which I did but then had to cancel within the 7 days. I accepted that I would loose my deposit. I appreciate the company is not a charity but some empathy would have been appreciated.

Pet Stop has not replied to any of my messages that I posted to their home page on the internet. I would have made a phone call but their web site does not list a phone number. Our dog has one of their collars and it is defective. He is shocked by the collar even though he is nowhere near the boundary. I was asking them how to get some warranty service performed but they simply do not reply. The date of my experience is an estimate.
