We have been very happy with the service and products from Petro. Aside from oil delivery we have had 3 major mechanical updates/ installations this year. The co-ordinating manager, Patty, is amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The contractors they sent were excellent, skilled, responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Petro for all your HVAC needs.

Exemplary employee
Josh kept me up to date on when he would be arriving. He stayed until he repaired the metal pipes that were becoming weak and carbon Oxide could escape. He made sure my home was safe and sound before he left. Petro is very fortunate to have an employee of such high caliber.

Petro is very dependable
Going back to 1973, my family (initially my parents), have been PETRO customers. Being a stroke survivor, they were very patient in explaining everything in detail to me, even if they had to do it more than once! Their customer service is top notch with availability 24/7. And the actual service personnel are always polite, attentive and respectful. Communication is fantastic!
