2 nd survey; Supervisor was spot on. Budget Plan bill amount adjusted to meet hybrid system oil & electricity usage (not just oil usage). For my first survey, I gave a failing assessment. That initiated a supervisor response who had the ability to overcome billing system limited parameters (reset & backdate budget plan). Thank you for the refund. Concerned about the November 5,2026 contract renewal. Currently paying $5.49 per gallon. Regards Satisfied Customer; SM.

All I know is that when I need PETRO, they are always THERE. Their Techicians are Professional, Informative, Competent, and Friendly. The Company has always had my Back, and that is the reason I have been a customer for over 20 years.
