Tried 2x to schedule my annual service…
Tried 2x to schedule my annual service check.started in April 2026 for fall appointment. System wouldn't allow. I call to be told appts were booked. Both customer service people said they would check for appt beyond what system allowed. Never got a call back. I inherited Petro when I bought the house in 2025. I was assured by your sales person I would be taken care of. I am now researching other companies for my furnace/oil needs.

Very bad company they scammed me they overcharged me I would never do business with them again
Very bad company they scammed me. They told me that my oil would be what I ordered only one at 3:50 and they filled up my tank that it cost me almost $1000 and I told him I didn’t want that we were back-and-forth ready to go to court and everything they scam you out of promises that I don’t keep so I don’t ever wanna do business with them again

You filled our oil tank without even…
You filled our oil tank without even giving us a heads up. We didnt plan on getting an oil delivery until the mid term elections are behind us. Now we have a huge bill to pay and I honestly wish you would come back to my house and remove the oil you delivered. You will respond with but we have you on auto fill. We haven seen you in months and with the cost of oil so high you should at least call to see if we want a partial delivery. You guys are ruthless. We will cancel our contract with you. Oh wait that's right we dont have a contract with you. We will most likely take our good old time paying this bill for this oil we didnt ask for.
