We moved to the USA 7 years ago, and our 2 Devon Rex cats were brought over from the UK by a specialist company that was organized and funded by my employer. It worked well. We recently decided to move back to the UK, and this time we were doing the admin ourselves, so had to research providers, then fund and engage with them ourselves directly. After in-depth research, we chose to work with Pet Relocator based on a number of factors (testimonies, availability, friendliness and helpfulness of the team during our selection). From the beginning, they were knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were always available to answer a quick call, email or message. I also liked the portal they use, providing handy lists of tasks, dates and more. The team were quick to engage with our vet, and help them (and us) make sure we were following all the procedures necessary. It is important to get the process exactly right, or else pets can be delayed or even quarantined if every detail is not exact - and the team here were great, and very knowledgeable. Instructions were always very clear, and when we met them to hand over our kitties they were thorough, checked everything again, and told us exactly what would happen. We then got updates from them on every stage of the journey, including pics as the cats were loaded onto their flights. Once landed in the UK, we had calls and text updates from the team and the local agents who processed our cats, and then delivered them to us in a temp-controlled van. Our cats arrived safely, clean, and most importantly - hardly stressed at all. Compared to when they flew to the USA to join us, the experience for our cats seemed very different, and they settled into their new home quickly and without the signs of stress that we saw on the original move. The whole experience, from start to finish, was personal, caring, and more than we expected - thanks so much to the team for doing such a wonderful job!

My cat traveled from Denver to London, British Airways Cargo in July, 2026. I retained Pet Relocator early on, and was subjected to moving delays and then animal sickness which resulted in my flying to London and leaving him behind for surgery. Cassandra and Deana went above and beyond in their determination to help and to get Humphrey safely to the UK, they were patient with the many date changes, helped me with the crate and requirements and managed two different type of health certificates with my vet in Santa Fe. All tasks I would cheerfully have failed at handling them alone. Cassandra drove through a major forest fire and back the same day to pick Humphrey up and made sure he made the flight safely. I know for sure, Pet Relocators know their stuff ( IATA pet requirements, the different airlines and their regulations, travel options, and dealing with the health certificate requirements of the destination country, in my case the UK which is more complicated than than the EU) and my pet was safe with them. Humphrey arrived LHR and the pet travel company Cassandra works with in London were kind and helpful. So happy I chose them because I knew my pet was safe all the way, so did his temp Mom, who nursed him back to health after his surgery, the executive director of a cat rescue shelter for many years, she said when Cassandra picked him up "your cat is in good, safe hands". He was. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, quiet determination to get him to London for me and their kindness. Many thanks to both of them. Awesome.

Pet Relocator was great. I relocated my two elderly 14 year old cats from the USA to Australia, and they handled everything, including all the gnarly paperwork for Australia's strict bio security rules. They answered my quote request immediately. The quote was very close to the final dollar amount. They coordinated with the vets. They took phone calls and answered my questions and kept everything calm and positive. If you are relocating animals to Australia, you need to start the process 6-8 months in advance. I crate trained my cats for six months. They ate their breakfast in them every morning. For cats you need to get them as comfortable as possible in their crates. I think it helped. My cats survived the travel and the 10 day quarantine. I absolutely loved the coordinate portal that Pet Relocator uses for required tasks and discussions. It stops those nasty email threads where you can't keep track of anything, and when you are moving the emails get out of control. Their online portal keeps everything together easily and streamlined the whole process. Honestly moving my cats was easier than moving my belongings. The only recommendation I would make is that I wish they could have taken my cats to the airport. I had organized a friend to help me but they had to cancel, so I booked a pet cab which was fine, but checking in your fur babies at a cargo terminal is not fun. They also coordinated the quarantine facility and kept communications up to date. One of my cats needed vet care during quarantine to help with stress and not eating, and they followed up and enquired as to his progress. I would not hesitate using this service again if I had to. They are experienced, knowledgable, great communication and a lot of care.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to relocate their pet! Deana and Cassandra were absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond with their service! I used them to move my cat from the US to the UK. I had an issue where my flights kept getting cancelled and I was really worried I would not make it in time. They helped me find a new airline and flight to take when I reached out for them for help. Cassandra even gave me a new cat carrier that met the parameters for the new airline I took! They made the whole process absolutely seamless and I am so happy I found them!

Moving Precious from Raleigh to Camp Humphreys was a massive undertaking, but Deana and the team at Pet Relocator made the entire process seamless by handling the complex international regulations and military logistics with expert precision. From the start, Deana's deep knowledge of South Korea’s entry requirements gave me total confidence, while her proactive communication removed all the guesswork from the documentation process. Once we arrived in Korea, Leo from Shindogs took over, expertly handling the airport pickup and the delivery right to the Camp Humphreys gate, ensuring a smooth final leg of the journey. They were incredibly empathetic to the stress of such a long transpacific flight, providing the kind of personal updates that proved they treated Precious like family rather than just cargo. For anyone on the fence, especially military families navigating an OCONUS move, I cannot recommend this team enough; they provided absolute peace of mind and ensured Precious arrived home safely.

I absolutely recommend Pet relocator. Their process was painless and their communication was top notch! There are a lot of steps a documents needed for this process, but they are there for you every step of the way ensuring you have everything you need and all paperwork submitted are correct. I was so very nervous to be parted with my children, but we had updates and photos along their journey🩷 I couldn't be more grateful for being reunited with my family, safe and sound!

Once we got the news we were being sent to Korea we immediately started exploring every option of how to bring our husky with us. All AMC pet slots were filled, her crate measurements required her to fly as cargo, and other pet shipping companies quoted us upwards of $6,000. It seemed like everywhere we turned there was a roadblock and bringing her looked more and more impossible. Then I found out that the company that we would work with in Korea, Shindogs Air, works with Pet Relocator. So I filled out our request form and got an email with a quote that laid out all the details and a prompt phone call to see if we had any questions and we were sold. From the moment we started working with them they broke everything down task by task and made something that at first seemed impossible completely achievable. They review all the paperwork and make sure you have everything you need. Our vets missed a signature and a stamp and they made sure we had all of it squared away. Not to mention we had so many questions throughout the process and they were always a phone call away to answer them, no matter how trivial they seemed. We flew out before our pet so our agent Deana picked our dog up from our boarding facility and from the point of her pickup until she arrived in Korea and Shindogs took over she kept us up to date with flight info and sent pictures to let us know our girl was doing well. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who needs it.

I honestly cannot put into words the incredible service that Cassandra and Deana provided to us and how grateful we are to them. We were nervous to ship my daughters very beloved 1 kg Netherlands dwart to UK from Denver, and we had no idea how the process worked especially as UK requires a quarantine for rabbits. Pet Relocator were actually recommended to us by the quarantine facility in UK who said they were "the best company that we work with". The planning and execution were flawless. It was actually simpler than I imagined - primarily because they did all the work! Cassandra actually drove 2 hours to my daughter's house, did all of the crate modifications, prepared the crate and all the paperwork and took the bunny to the airport and checked him in! For what was really far too small of a charge for the amount of work and time she gave to it. Most important, they always made us feel that they were totally in control of the situation, that this was not a big deal to do this. And they executed flawlessly on the day. We are so so grateful and we will be singing their praises to everyone we know in the Expat community here in London. In this modern day and age to find a company so totally customer oriented and who clearly loves animals and really cares about their customers was really something I will not forget!
