Pet Relocation International LLCReviews of petrelocationinternational.com

I had a wonderful experience with Pet Relocation International (PRI). From the start, Elaine guided me through the process of relocating my two fur babies, Stanley and Phyllis, to Spain with clarity and compassion. Even though I had done my own research, Elaine helped me truly understand the documentation required by the USDA. Her guidance made it easy to choose the right vet and feel confident everything was in order. Elaine took the time to get to know me and my dogs, which meant a lot. Relationship-building through empathy is one of my core values, and she embodied that in every interaction. She walked me through every detail, from their flight and stay at the pet hotel in Germany to their safe arrival in Málaga and delivery to my apartment the next day. In moments of anxiety, Elaine was calm, present, and reassuring. I felt fully supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My family is safely together in our new home thanks to Elaine’s thoughtful care. I’m so grateful.

If I could give Elaine and her team a 6 star rating, I would. Our experience of bringing our dog from the US over to the UK hit just about every roadblock and challenge it could, but Elaine was there every step of the way. She was able to help us navigate the details of government paperwork, provided clear step by step guides for pet transport, organized teams on both ends of the travel to ensure our pup had as stress-free a time as possible, and was available late into the night when we needed her. Elaine and her team clearly do this work because they care deeply about the people they work with and about the animals they care for. If you're looking for a personalized experience where you can deeply trust the expert who is helping you through this process, PRI perfect. I can't recommend them enough, and I know my pup George would agree.

I can't express how grateful I am for Elaine, I was devastated when I learned how difficult it would be to take my little 1 year old kitten with me to the UK and that she couldn't fly with me on the plane. But from the moment I reached out to Elaine she walked me through every possible option, doing independent research and responding to all of my questions. Without her I may have ended up leaving my sweet love Chi Chi behind in Italy for three months. I'll forever be so grateful for everything she did for us. Now Chi Chi and I are together in Glasgow and my kitty even enjoyed the trip. Thank you Elaine, you are truly an angel.

We have moved two cats from NY to London with Elaine . She was quick to answer any questions and the cats have arrived safely with a very quick recovery. Thanks Elaine and team !

I am so thankful to Elaine from Pet Relocation International who went over and beyond to relocate our dog again from USA to Europe and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Elaine was professional, very kind, reliable compassionate, and incredibly detail-oriented. Elaine handled every aspect of the move, from paperwork to transportation, ensuring my pet was safe, comfortable, and stress-free throughout the journey. Communication was excellent—I received regular updates and always felt we are in good hands, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Pet Relocation International to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet relocation service. Elaine is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of pet relocation and we trusted her 100%! Thank you Elaine for making this process so smooth and stress-free!❤️🐕

I had a great experience working with PRI/Elaine! She helped me and my mom successfully get our cats from the US to Spain without a hitch. She responded to emails in a timely manner and was always willing to hop on a phone call with me if I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend choosing PRI/Elaine for your pet relocation needs!

We had an outstanding experience with PRI. We were updated throughout the whole process, our dog was loved on and cared for, and the team was always responsive to our questions. Thank you all at PRI for everything!

This was my first time moving oversea with pets and I was incredibly nervous about their wellbeing. I researched several companies and requested quotes. But what immediately set PRI apart was that Elaine wouldn't send a quote with out first setting up a call. She took so much time answering questions and discussing the process. She wasn't afraid to answer even the most difficult questions (have you ever lost a pet or has one ever died while in transit - NO was her response to both but she did explain things that can increase risk). She talked about her love of animals and how she got into the business. Throughout the process she was ready and willing to take all my calls/respond to texts and address my concerns (and I had A LOT). She was patient, kind and understanding. She is absolutely WONDERFUL and I do not know how I would have done it without her. She has an incredibly competent global team of professionals. My two beloved cats arrived in country, on time and healthy. Not only would I recommend her without hesitation, I will certainly be using her again when my overseas assignment is complete.
