TL; DR: Amazing experience! 20/10, highly recommended. I absolutely recommend relocating your pet with PRI and Elaine! They take care of every single detail, keeping all communication channels open during the process. You can trust that they know what they are doing. And, the most important part, they care about your pet, and they do everything to make the move as stress-free as possible. If/when we have to move again, I'll certainly do it with PRI. A little more detail: We moved from the US (California) to the UK. I first contacted PRI only a few weeks in advance, after a bad experience with another pet relocation service (that's another story). Already in the initial free consultation Elaine was tremendously helpful, clarified all my questions, and help us to plan the move even with all the uncertainty we were facing about the date of our move. We confirmed the day of the trip only 2 days (!) in advance, which made everything even more stressful. But Elaine made sure that all documentation was in place for the big day and our dog arrived safely to the UK, in our same flight. Again, all this with a 2 day notice! (Not recommended, of course). In summary, you cannot go wrong with PRI.

Many kudos to PRI and the great work they do. I had the good fortune to select this company to assist me in relocating my large Labrador Retriever from Montgomery, Alabama to Costa Rica where I am now living. With their help I was able to navigate through the mountains of red tape involved in moving a live animal internationally. I had no idea what an intricate and expensive process it is and I would have been a basket case if I had tried to do it on my own. Not only is there a lot of red tape involving vet certifications and customs forms but also the timing of obtaining the forms coupled with airlines requirements and ticketing is crucial. PRI saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. Thank you Elaine and Martin! You were worth every penny!

Traveling with dogs is not easy. If you're unaware of all the rules, things can go wild in a heartbeat. I am beyond grateful to Pet Relocation. They made a seemingly impossible mission not only possible but pleasant and easy. They helped me bring a puppy from Portugal to the USA this Summer, and I am still in awe at how they pulled this off on such short notice. But Elaine is excellent, so caring and experienced. She knows what she's doing for sure. In just a few days, she booked the flight, picked up our 10-week-old Pepper, and delivered her with a smile. Traveling can be traumatic for puppies, but Elaine took such good care of her that she was happy and healthy as any puppy should be. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We love you!

I can not be more thankful for Elaine for making this this journey possible with my 2 big,12 year old furry babies. She organized our relocation from Los Angeles to Vienna. Without her I don’t think we could make it. Elaine thank you for your kindness,your patience and your hard work to get my babies safely to our new home!

What went wrong did!!! PTI, Elaine and the wonderful people who work with her. We originally had 4 dogs moving with us from Texas to Ghana. The day before we were to leave, our oldest, Millie had a stroke and we let her go to Heaven. Then we had problems with their health certificates, so they had to stay at the sitters for a total of 2 1/2 months. We also had to deal with the heat way in Texas. We left on May 13th and our babies finally arrived on July 28th. Ms. Elaine and Megan, worked hard to get everything straightened out and made sure our dogs had a very safe trip.

PRI is an absolutely incredible service. From start to finish (Costa Rica to Canada), we were kept informed of every detail, especially concerning our rabbit, who was considered livestock and required agricultural clearance and copious permits and health inspections. If it wasn't for Elaine and Martin, I would have been sitting at an airport 4 hours from home with my rabbit in tow, and nowhere to go. They know their stuff and they deal with everything that comes their way with professionalism and great attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for better people to care for our 2 dogs and rabbit while we awaited permissions from all departments involved. Seriously, I can not stress how complicated this would have been if it weren't for their help. Our 3 fur babies are home, and we are forever grateful 🙏 🥲

We have moved our pets 4 times now between France and New York and have used a different pet shipper each time. The trip by Pet Relocation International LLC was by far the smoothest one. We signed up for Elaine's Pet Chaperone plan where she personally traveled with our two dogs, since we were confident that she could handle any problem in view of her world of experience moving pets. After Elaine established a rapport with our dogs the evening before, our normally wary dogs happily left our hotel with her in France and they were still in good spirits when she delivered them to us on leashes at the airport terminal in New York. By contrast, after their previous experience with a well-known pet shipper, the dogs had been delivered to us looking and acting stunned. Experienced in the travel industry, Elaine is charming, dedicated, readily available by both telephone and text at all times, and she's a good planner, besides. We'd engage her again without even looking at alternatives.
