Buyers beware - go somewhere else! I purchased what I thought was a really good product but I never received it.In fact I never even had tracking and after several emails I received a reply saying it was on its way but they'd moved warehouses - really?...and still no tracking and no ETA...and $168 poorer. I have lodged a chargeback claim with my bank. don't let it get to this stage - JUST DONT BUY FROM THERE.

Complete scam, do not buy from this website. I order brown shoes, they came in the wrong color (after like 3 weeks) and they’re refusing to give me a refund or even a return address. Don’t buy from them!

Smart watch is very poor quality nothing like picture on website and they do not want to take it back only offer 10Euro back. Very terrible. Company in Europe factory China poor quality do not buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company steals. It is not an ethical retailer and frankly should be shut down. As per the other reviews it is impossible to obtain a refund for purchases. I ordered a Christmas gift. I ordered early Dec and arrived 30th Dec all the way from China. I didn't pick up the item and Relay stated that it would automatically be sent back to sender. I have been told I have not followed policy where I need to open the item as "they need a photo delivered outside the package" and then request a return. None of this is detailed in their policy. Honestly horrible unethical retailer. I will be contacting Visa about the purchase and looking into how to report the company.

I bought a knee support on the 22nd of November 2025, it took four weeks to arrive and when I tried to return the item as I was not happy with what I got, they kept on sending emails about how difficult was to return the item, they offered a 10% discount refund then a 15% refund and when I told them I only want to return it, they never send me the ref number or where I had to return it, never replied back. I had to contact my bank to cancel the Visa paymetn and I am now waiting to hear back. I have a lot of emails back and forward that proves all the times I tried to get the refund from them. Never again. DO not buy even if they say it is an easy return in their web page.

I purchased a toilet seat pad from this company, the pictures on their website deceived me . I thought it should be as good as it looks and also I paid £23 for it. When it arrived it was very poor quality and had bends and scratches on it. I complained about it, firstly they answered me after 2 weeks and then were reluctant to return my money and insisted on me keeping the product to gift someone and paying me 33% money back. While I wanted my money refunded and their rubbish product back. This company is worst then Temu. All their products are highly charged. Now they have stopped answering me. I would never given them a single star either.
