I ordered the product 21 days ago. Still hasn't arrived, still "in transit". Ridiculous.

This is fraud. Stay away from this company.

I strongly, strongly, strongly discourage buying from this shop. Bought a rosary-alike with blue gems and cross. Was waiting a few weeks. (China export?) It literally just fall apart after 3 days of wearing. Literally. The issue is that underneath instead of solid line they are using sewing thread of little to none quality. Holy Jesus that was really bad buy. Very low quality, waste of materials and money. Watch out and buy nothing like I did or you risk loosing money.

Veldig lang leveringstid til tross for lovet rask levering. Varen som ankom var langt fra annonsert vare. Elendig stoff og søm, ikke riktig størrelsesmessig og veldig feil proporsjonalt. Kundeservice bruker flere uker på å svare og godtar ikke feil på varen som returårsak hvilket betyr at man må betale full frakt til Asia selv. Dyr lærepenge.

Bought a pillow,waited 1 month to get it shipped out. Finally got an email saying its been delivered.. but no package has been delivered. Contacted their customer service which is no willing to help at all asked to contact local post company... Total fraud.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

to begin with, the delivery took an absurd amount of time to arrive. The order was delayed far beyond any reasonable expectation, and there was a complete lack of transparency and communication. When the package finally arrived, the situation became even worse. The shipping box was completely smashed, heavily damaged, and clearly mishandled during transport. Frankly, it looked as though it had been kicked across a warehouse before being delivered. This is not merely a cosmetic issue; it reflects a complete lack of care for your customers and the products you are selling. What is most astonishing, however, is the response I received from your customer service team. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or offering a meaningful solution, I was given the lazy excuse that this "can occasionally happen." That response is frankly insulting. Of course, incidents can occur during shipping. The issue is not that something went wrong. The issue is that PetProvac apparently considers this an acceptable excuse to dismiss legitimate customer concerns and avoid taking responsibility. Hiding behind the statement that damage "occasionally happens" is not customer service—it is an attempt to brush off a problem and hope the customer simply gives up.

I was looking for airpods, this company advertised airpods2 for $110. I went through paypay just in case it wasn't a legit ad. I bough them. This was something called airpo. Not even close to airpods! then they want me to close the paypal case, if I do that I lose my protection to get my money back. This is a scam company DON'T buy from them! If you do go through paypal so you can get your money back as they will advertise a name product and send a replica from China. SCAM!

I ordered a wood splitter which arrvied ok but did not look like the website. I used this and the third log I tried to split resulted in the unit significantly distorting. I contacted customer services who maintained for a number of responses that damage during use is not a valid basis for a refund. i have argued that the item is not fit for purpose and eventually they have offered to send a replacement but only if pay for delivery costs. There is no complaints procedure and no human to talk to. I am hugely frustrated by being fobbed off with obviously generated rather than written responses. Where can I complain!!
