Hi Susan, We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase! Several of our items, like the Groomer’s Best grooming table that you ordered, are made to order for each order. Groomer’s Best lead times due to COVID have been about 4 weeks. According to our records, your order from June 10th was shipped on July 1st and arrived at your address on July 9th, which is 4 weeks after your order and unfortunately after you wrote your review here. We list these longer-than-usual shipping times at the bottom of our product listing pages, but understand that sometimes customers may not see them, and so completely understand your frustration. Again, we are truly sorry that you were disappointed with your fulfillment speed.
