What a pleasant experience with this company. From the first phone call, I felt that my business was appreciated and the ordering process (which I was feeling frustrated about) was handled professionally, attention to details, proper questions asked that I never thought of, and a timely follow up call when my equipment started to arrive at my new business. There was an issue with the delivery company on some large equipment and a rep at Pet Pro Supply stepped in and handled it for me!
