Delightful customer service! We recently lost our best boy and the people at Pet Portraits were so patient and kind as they walked us through the process. A gorgeous portrait of Henry now lives on our wall so we see him daily. Such a gift and a beautiful piece of art!

The portrait was perfect and my husband loved it!

I liked the timely professional courteous communication. The cheap frame though considering how much I paid for this. Made you lose 2 stars. I could have gotten this made through an AI program for 4 pounds then got it framed a lot nicer for the price you charged me.

This was the absolute perfect gift for a pet lover! I love the concept and the options. More importantly, the quality and care in packing and shipping was excellent! Thank you!

The portrait was beautifully done, it memorialized our kitty that crossed the rainbow bridge.
