The socks turned out AMAZING! I was also very impressed by the quality of the socks. I didn’t expect them to be very nice since this was more of a gag gift, but now I want a pair for myself :)

Very disappointed in the customer service. It was falsely advertised that the turnaround and shipping is less then 24 hours. I completely understand it’s a very busy time, however, had I known this would take almost 3 days to ship I would have chosen another shipping method. When I reached out to customer service asking about the status and if I would need to upgrade my shipping, I was told the shipping would be fine. It wasn’t. After two emails and two Facebook messages someone FINALLY answered me. I wasn’t making any demands or being unreasonable, I just wanted an answer.

LOVE them! Got them in a week and the picture quality is amazing. Will definitely recommend and use again!!!

Ordered socks that came on time, as described, seem like high quality (they are gifts) and definitely turned out super cute. I have also ordered this xmas season with another “dog sock” company who took my money and have yet to send me anything, so needless to say this was a way better experience.

The ordering part was easy. Ordered it two weeks before Christmas with promise of having it in time for Christmas. Today on 12/23 I checked on the status and it was just leaving Oregon. I live in SC. The tracking status said it would arrive later than guaranteed. The producted was shipped on 12/19. No communication from the company on the delay or anything.

I’ve been trying to reach anyone to help me out with my orders and I can’t get anyone to return any of my messages. I spent money on something I was so excited about and I am left here with nothing to even show for it.

Adorable! Great quality, socks a thick and cushy. Fast turn around and so easy to do from my phones picture roll. Cant wait to give to my 4 kids for Christmas.
