The BEST material I’ve ever felt with socks and my dogs picture was super clear and perfect. The shipping for it being a custom item was very quick. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I placed my order on 12/17/18 and received it on 01/07/19 which is much longer than expected since the site stated order by 12/16 to receive by 12/25 The kicker is the socks have someone else’s dog on them and are the wrong size and when I emailed for a refund they stated they would send the correct order but waited 48 hours for confirmation and never heard back

Great product. I gave them 2 semi-pixelated images of dogs and they cropped them perfectly. They deliver exactly what they advertise

I made two separate orders on December 12 within minutes of each other, received one order just fine, but here it is January 4 and haven't received my second order. I had to contact customer service to see what happened and still unclear and unhappy with the response and customer service. Super disappointed with the company.

They took forever to ship but once they were in they were worth the wait.

Purchased socks December 20, 2018 and paid extra for 3 day shipping. It’s now January 2nd and I still haven’t received my socks. Contacted support but still haven’t heard back. Update: I heard back from support and I was reimbursed for the shipping cost I paid for expedited shipping. I received the socks and they turned out better than I expected!

I bought two different pairs of socks as gifts for Christmas. They were a hit! I really liked the fact they enclosed them in a very strong protective bag with detailed instructions on how to wash and care for them. The picture detail on the socks were spot on. I’m glad I made the purchase.

I ordered a pair of socks for my sister-in-law for Christmas with her Doberman’s face on them. I paid 32.99 in total for the socks. This included what I paid for 1-3 day shipping in order to get them right around, if not after Christmas. I placed my order on December 21st and received a payment confirmation email, but no shipping confirmation. It is now New Year’s Eve, December 31st, and I have still not received an email with shipping details or the socks. The customer service person that emailed me was apologetic and offered to refund the money I spent on shipping and said that the socks should ship out that day or the following day and still I have seen nothing. The shipping is expensive and the company does not stick to the timeline they give you. I’m beginning to doubt that we will even receive the socks. Definitely will not be using this company again.
