It was a nightmare dealing with this company. It took almost 2 months for me to receive the replacement pump because the 1st one went bad & then I received it broken. I don’t know if it broke during shipping or what happened to it. Unfortunately, I will not buy from them again. The water drinking fountain itself is a good product.

To avoid such situations in the future, we have improved this process by bulk shipping some of the pump inventory to the United States. This means you can receive the replacement pump in as little as one week, which also significantly reduces the likelihood of pump damage. Additionally, thanks to our use of a system for communication with the warehouse rather than spreadsheets, orders are typically not missed or delayed by the warehouse.
