Quick delivery. When my ‘other’ delivery was delayed by days, Pet Market delivered within just a couple hours! Surely saved the day.

Delivery on time.

Today I placed an order for two products as a last minute gift for my teacher. I was originally planning to pick up from the store address during my class break but I was very pleased to learn that same day delivery is offered. As the day went on I received a message that one of the products I ordered wasn’t available but that a shipment would be coming in the next day. I was given the opportunity to select a different product or wait for the original product to arrive. In the end, I chose to have my order delivered to my teacher’s studio tomorrow instead of to school today. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process and was really patient with me and helpful. I am very impressed with the customer support and delivery of this company and Edwin personally.

Greart, quick and easy!

Had the usual good experience with Pet Market today. Tried a new cat food and it has been consumed with glee by my fussy cat. Tiki Cat Silver Mousse for cats aged 11 and over. It is Chicken with Pumpkin in Broth.

Incredible selection of high-quality pet food and many other products! I placed a somewhat urgent order around 11 yesterday morning and was thrilled to find that they offer same-day delivery in my (UWS) neighborhood! To my amazement, the order arrived in a matter of hours, at 2 p.m.! Stellar service--I am extremely grateful to the outstanding Pet Market team!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
