We also recommend you reach out to your local authorities for assistance, if you have already done this and have an officer handling your case please have them contact us. You can also consider contacting local animal control or law enforcement to report the situation. They may assist in recovering your pet. This review is about their silicone dog tag. It's a nice soft tag but extremely poor quality. After 4 months the silicone tag broke and they don't stand behind this product, zero warranty so buyer beware.

I called for help twice and talked to two people just to change the address of my dogs chip info. Both were rude and acted as if I was really bothering them. I get that you are helping people but I’m trying to make sure my info is correct in case my dog goes missing. If we aren’t supposed to call then don’t give a help line. Awful 😞
