I just got 2 petlink device's and I am so disappointed so just to make sure they should put on there add that if there is no service network you shouldn't buy it I'm going to try to get a refund and return this i spend 215.95 for the whole thing and it doesn't work because of my area there is no cellphone service so there's no use for this is will let you know if I get my refund back

I ordered this on April 7 and just got it after giving them 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I am not sure what happened because I ordered one previously and got it on time. The item is as advertised and looks great.

We purchased 2 GPS Tracker units and two 12 month subscriptions. Turns out the app won't let you apply already purchased subscriptions and only lets you purchase new. Support stopped responding and won't fix the issue. I asked how to get a refund and of course it is crickets. So I'm only left to file with my CC Company to get my money back. @Reply - I already worked with you for over a month and you did not fix it, so don't say you can fix it now.

Their web site was circular, I just wanted to change my address. Simple, right? It kept returning to the same useless page. The”search” was of no use, nor the menu. Tried to send a message, the robot button kept spinning, not allowing the message to be sent. I will not waste one more second of my time.
