The experience was good overall and I have no complaints

IT COULD HAVE BEEN GREATER, IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PRINTED THE WAY I HAD WANTED IT? I had wanted Ben's name on it, but that was missing. I don't know why it was not printed the way I had wanted it, to honor him properly, being such a wonderful cat dad? Maybe next time?

Items are a bit expensive

Great! Got my dog back but was given the wrong number the first time of who had my dog from pet link.

Have had no issues with Petlink; but, I have a suggestion. when an individual calls a pet in to report they have found someones pet, they receive a notice, and/or are told their call has been received or some kind of message stating that their call has been received when they call it in. The woman who found my dog told me when she called Petlink, she did not know if they received her message because of no answer or response, she called twice.

I lost my dog on a Thursday morning and I receive a call that someone found her the next day. 👌🏽 Gari Mejia

Having a chip was the best thing I ever did for my dog, the pound scanned him and he was home less than 24hrs after he went missing. The pound contacted me but after I had already picked him up I received an email from petlink that I tried replying to but couldn’t remember my password so the next day I got a txt msg I’ve already had my dog for two days and I was still getting notifications from petlink I was able to easily respond via txt and the emails and txt messages stopped. 🙏🏼
