Really sleazy company of scammers! SPCA microchipped my cats and I was told they were registered for life. Now Petlink is saying that was only a free year and I have to pay $30 per cat - I have- 5 in order to actually register them - and I'm a disabled veteran. I've forwarded this scam on to the Police already and am trying to get a hold of the SPCA so they put a stop to this scam as well. Then I'll be contacting my elected reps to have these scammers shut down and imprisoned where they belong!

I have a 5 lb dog and did not realize you have to attach a device to your animal. I was thinking the chip implanted would do the job. The way the ad presented the device was not clear. The pet link I purchased sits in the box and will not be used.

it does not give live updates. Tells me the dog is out of the safe zone 20 min after the dog left the safe zone. There are symbols but I can't find a legend to know what any of the symbols on the map mean. The battery life though is great....but it doesn't matter b/c its not really doing what it needs to do.

your app stinks and says I am not registered yet. That is hogwash. I can't setup the new GPS I bought for my dog.

Go with another company! Customer service is horrible! The app is outdated and getting someone to respond to an email is almost impossible! Spend more and go with someone better! I am still trying to get someone to send me a return label after they told me they would!

I ordered a badge to my dog< when I received the badge, her microchip number was printed with the company name "petlink and phone number". I'm totaling disapointed. microchip # is very personal piece of information to display in a badge at a public eyes. I have another dog with different company, and the badge just display company name and phone numbers only.

I contacted you through your “Contact Us” message requesting how I can change my registered address for a pre-existing dog - because I recently moved. I never heard back from you about it. I have received several emails about my later order about a new dog and some merchandise, but nothing about changing my registered address. There is nothing I could find on your website about “Changing Address” - which is why I contacted you. Please advise how I change my address.

TERRIBLE! Registered through my vet and the update methods are GOD AWFUL! Only AI and will only answer preprogrammed FAQ. Avoid this predatory company
