What made my experience great was i couldn't find my pet (Bailey) chip number wasn't sure if Pet Link could help me since it was during holiday season and being my first time ordering online but they were very helpful and nice by walking me through the process. Now the next time I think I can do it without assistance will be on lookout for sells. Wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Everyone was very nice and supportive received the order just like they said it would come and I love the product that I received. Thank You

I really had a good experience in putting my little fur babies in with there new numbers, I even purchased the cute pendants with the pet link #id number So each feline has their vary own ID pendant and collar just in case is better then i should have.
