I finally got the transfer done from my ex-husband's name to mine for $29.99. My dog, Bumi, has been in the same household for 2 years now. So should there have been a charge? Also, it took several emails from my ex and me to get this done. Should it not have been easier.
Response from PetLinkMar 23, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Given the circumstances of the situation we have refunded the $29.99 transfer fee.

Descriptions not clear or I would not have ended up with a teeny tag for my dog. Like the product, just not the size. Have not yet received second item which seems to have taken forever to get made and sent.

This company should include the Pet's name on the tag

Only contact was through app. Several times the file would not open. Couldn't upload. No actual 1 on 1 communication. No immediate response,

Battery life is terrible. Even with disabling most of the features it only lasts about 3 days before needing recharged. If you have to live search it drains the battery. So if your pet would go missing for any length of time you won’t be able to use GPS search for long. Maybe that’s normal for a gps device. But I wish I had researched other brands first.

Hi Toni, We appreciate you providing feedback, we have sent an email directly to you with information on the battery life of the PetLinkGPS. We hope these tips improve your experience! Thank you, The PetLink Team

ten days ago I registered a 15 month old doodle on AKCreunite.com. It was easy to put in a picture. There were lots of options for products. I was able to get a great medallion for his collar with a rubber case to keep it from jingling, put in an emergency contact and enroll him in lost services. I rescued a 3 yr old poodle. I have no idea what Petlink.net provided..a paw printed medallion for her collar and???? the quality of the website was not ideal, difficult to manage. I was disappointed my Vet changed.
