Petlink will not verify my information I spent so much time trying to join unsure if I did something incorrectly, I sent several emails with no answer from them at all. No customer service so I was amused to see on here they can actually type an answer to a problem about a registration.

Do not work with PetLink. I adopted a dog a few months ago from a rescue where he was taken from the previous owners for neglecting him and not feeding him. I have not been able to get his chip transferred to my name despite providing all the documentation I was given by the rescue and vet bills. The refuse to get on the phone and will only communicate via email, they are unhelpful and are leaving my baby at risk because they will not work with me to solve this problem. In response to their reply: What they fail to realize is that by allowing a past owner who was abusive to a dog to contest the ownership, they are putting my dogs life at risk. If he were to get out of my yard and be found, there is no way for me to get him back or be notified. The person that would be notified doesn’t have possession of him and shouldn’t be allowed to know of his whereabouts. The rescue I got him from doesn’t provide any other documentation and even my vet was shocked at how many hoops we had to jump through. I just want to make sure my pet is safe.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to transfer ownership. Petlink was paid by the previous owner to make the transfer but 1 month later, the transfer is not completed. Calling their apathetic and unprofessional customer service folks won't help either. Trying to message them through their website doesn't work - no one will call you back to discuss the issue. Why would anyone trust their pet's safety to Petlink? Avoid this company at all costs.

Waste of money waste of time no contact can be made with this co. Not one enquiry with ad placed. Trying to get a refund-Impossible! Got scammed with a shitzu puppy lost deposit puppyscammer contacted co. No response. Buyer/seller beware. If I could rate -10 stars I would.

I tried to update my dogs information as we have moved. When I called the auto-system told me I'd be charged $4.95 to have an assistant help me or I could go to the website without a charge. So I tried the website and was told their website "can not be found". So I called back thinking I'd just pay and when I got to the point on the automated answering system to speak to someone I was disconnected... are they even still in business?

I ordered a Dogfather Sweatshirt online from Petlink Followed the measuring guidelines on the site Sweatshirt was too small Mary from "Customer Service" sent a condescending e-mail stating that since this item is "Customized"?? (you can get the same Dogfather sweatshirt from many companies) - I cannot return it What a rip off

I am adopting out my cat, so I figured to be nice I would pay the lifetime fee for the new owner. Come to find out even though I just renewed it, they STILL CHARGE the new owner a transfer fee for membership. I guess that’s a great way to get money out of people.

A MONTH AND A HALF LATER AFTER I PAID FOR A TAG I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT FOR MY RESCUE DOG! I TEPORTED THIS TO MY VET THEY SHOULD NOT USE PETLINK. I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO PEOPKE HERE THEY WILL NOT CALL BACK. ACCORDING TO MSRY WHO FINALLY EMAILED ME SHE HANDLES THE ORDERS SAUD I SHOULD HACE RECEIVED IT DAYS AGO. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK! THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON OCTOBER AND A MONTH AND A HALF LATER NO TAG! I AM REPIRTING TO VET, BBB, AND AN ATTORNEY! IT IS FRAUD TO TAJE MONEY AND NOT SEND THE TAG. GOD HELP YOU IF YOUR OET GETS LOST! I HAD TO REGISYER WITH JOME AGAIN WITH THIS MICROCHIP. DO NOT USE PETLINK!!!
