Bought a dress as a gift for my wife. I shop for her often and am not a novice shopper. The dress ran extremely small and I had to rush to return it as their return policy stated returns must be shipped in 14 calendar days. I followed the return process on the enclosed document and nowhere on the document did it say it was final sale. Almost two weeks later I received the most phishing looking text-based email stating I would only receive a store credit. The quality of the dress was ok but definitely not the quality I would expect for the prices they charged and now they are just keeping my money after I went through the extra expense of shipping the dress back. The email from their customer service confirmed they are a bit shady. Will not shop their again.

The clothes are thoughtfully designed specifically for petites with details that make a difference on petite frames. The fabrics are beautiful, and the customer service is stellar. Their clothes are beautiful, always very stylish, and well-made. I look forward to seeing every new collection they come out with. I also appreciate their customer service. They respond quickly and are always very helpful. With every new collection, they do a live video where two women try on all the new pieces. It is very helpful to see the clothes on different body shapes and to see things you might miss if you are just looking at the pieces online.

I am so happy that there is a designer specific for petites. I ordered the Kiara sueded jacket in dark olive and it is beautiful. I am impressed by the detail and the quality. The online customer service is exceptional - my emails were quickly answered to my satisfaction. I went on two of their "live shopping" virtual events and I highly recommend them since you can ask questions and get help with sizing. In addition the clothing is modeled.

Im loving the new range viewed. Loving the new trench and suede coats. And mostly the inside pockets with the reversible design. Great work on behalf of the team there.

J’ai reçu une robe, d’une valeur de 165€. Ne me convenant pas, au niveau du style et au niveau de la qualité par rapport au prix, je décide de faire un retour. Début d’un parcours du combattant. On me donne une adresse de retour aux États Unis, l’envoi est indisponible sur le site de la poste. Après contact on me donne une adresse en Chine. Un formulaire de douane complexe à remplir (détail de l’article, poids, composition, code à retrouver dans un tableau avec 180 références…). Ce qui me coûte au final 35€. Heureusement que sur le site internet est noté que les retours sont faciles…donc déçue d’apprendre que c’est une marque de fast fashion, le site est quand même conçu pour nous faire croire que ce sont des articles qualitatifs, les prix sont du coup exorbitants, et des retours de colis ubuesques, qui coûtent plus chers que l’article en lui même. On n’est pas très loin de l’arnaque…
