The product seems to work well. I have used this product for the last few years.However a change in form created my frustration. Previously the chews were packaged differently. I have a small 12 pound dog. The formula called for 1 chew. When the company changed the format it called for 1\2 chew.When I try to split chew it crumbles & half becomes unusable losing much of product.

Shipping was good. The product was not. I have never seen one bit of improvement in either dog on this product.

My dog is eating this brand with some coherencing she wouldn’t eat other brands she has cancer in her mouth I’m desperately trying everything thankyou !

Left your warehouse but still not arrived “in transit”

They make a good product, BUT, their Delivery method is terrible. 5 of the last 6 orders were sent so late that my dog has stopped improving and is getting sicker. Delivery times are often 3 weeks, not the 5 to 7 days that they claim. They do not have their act together.

I don't have a problem with the product the product is great what I do have an issue with this I was sent a tub of the Cancer Care I don't know why or how I got it but my dog will not touch it I've been using the immune care choose she loves them and they work well for her I would appreciate it if somebody would at least give me some kind of a credit for my new order I have a tub of Cancer Care that I can't use I tried three or four times she won't touch it
