Pet 1st. We have had your coverage for a few years. When big events occur you should cover more than you do. On the routine basic policy you should cover all the vaccines that the animals have to have every year and should cover more on pre-existing and genetic conditions we have no control over...considering their are thousands of rescue animals adopted by folks who want a pet and give these pets a loving home deserve special consideration for many of the conditions they already have. I myself have 4 rescue dachys I love so much and 2 I already had. Please consider making changes to all your policy's so when folks like me who have multiple animals can more easily afford coverage. Thank you.

Always quick to respond to my and my pets needs . Good service. Staff, and response time. I woudn't hesitate to recommend PetFirst to other pet owners.

I've had their insurance for over 10 years. Mostly their claims are easy to process and communicating with them is easy. There's frustrations with them as with any insurance company, but overall they do a good job.

All pet insurance seem to have their pros and cons. Petfirst responds quickly to questions and processes claims in a timely manner.
