We've had PetFirst Pet Insurance for years; started with 3 cats, and one remaining now. PetFirst has always been prompt in processing and reimbursing our claims, and their customer service people have been very helpful. THANK YOU MUCH PETFIRST!!

Our dog has ended up at the vet a couple of times due to eating things he shouldn't, plus he recently had some lumps removed from his neck and back. Each time we've gotten back more money than I had expected and have never had to wait more than two weeks for the check. Every time I have called with a question about the coverage, the reps are extremely pleasant and helpful. Can't recommend PetFirst enough!

My girl just underwent surgeries for liver biopsy and skin cancer masses removed. When I had questions, customer service was excellent in answering all my concerns, payment was within 10 days of them receiving my claim.

We have had Pet First insurance for some years now! WE have always been impressed with their speed of processing, the amounts they cover. We will be with this firm as long as we have pets, which means as long as we live!
