Carlos helped tremendously thru every step even when there were app issues. Fast contact from therapist- they kept the price reasonable and no up sales! Nice to work with a company that wasn’t taking advantage of people. You actually spoke to a therapist during the process to ensure it wasn’t being used just to get out of paying pet rent! Impressive!!!
