The socks aren’t wearable. They have no shape to them, so when you put them on, they bunch around the ankle making them Unwearable. Waste of money.

Bought a portrait for a small family member for Christmas. Looked great through Email, but received the wrong portrait the day before Christmas. I notified Pet Creatives of the mistake and they acknowledged and offered to send a replacement if I sent them a photo of the received portrait. I sent them a photo of the received portrait and they never got back to me. Been about a week and a half. I didn't spend 126$ for this kinda service. I'll change my Star review when I get my portrait.

Turn around time and shipping is very slow. They take more than the time frame promised. So be warned. If you want it urgently or quickly or even within a reasonable time frame, forget it. If you don't care how long it takes, then maybe you can go ahead. Also note, I am outside the USA so I am factoring international shipping as well and yet it was so slow, my message in a bottle is slated to arrive faster and I am still waiting >45 days since ordering to receive it. You can't blame everything on COVID and Trump.

I submitted the photo of my Pat and the image sent back was disappointing. I was told I should submit a better photo of my pets, but the photo I sent in was clear. I approved one of the photos and when they shipped the picture to me the canvas had not been stretched properly and they were gaps at the corners.I would never order one of these again from this business.

I love the pawtrait of my fur baby! Its so cute and makes me smile

TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. Spent 70 dollars on a photoshopped picture of my dogs head on a body that I could have done with my I phone. Came in WAY later than it was supposed to and they gave TERRIBLE customer service. Save some money and do it yourself

Very poor all around. Poor customer service. Repeated attempts to cancel order were ignored.

I ordered my portrait on Dec 4th, it is now the 27th. The website expressed it would take 3 days to complete. To be safe I paid an extra $25 for express shipping to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. Item has not arrived and each time I inquire through email, it’s a pretty generic response. I cannot get any clear answers of when or if I will even receive my portrait. Highly would not recommend!!
