I cannot say enough good things about Petals & Keepsakes! Customer service went above & beyond-especially since I know that they were without power for a while. They stayed in contact throughout the process & my ring arrived on Valentine’s Day. It is beautiful & well made & I am super impressed with the company & the product. Highly recommend to everyone!

This a great company to get a ring or necklace of a loved made. The ring I had made for my niece of her mother remains was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and answered all the questions that I had. Will definitely use again.

Purchased a ring via Etsy to keep a tiny piece of my newborns hair. Cam was fabulous, helped me with my questions and was clear on the timeframe. She responded really quickly and created jewellery for me that I treasure : )

Working with Cam was great! I had a few questions before ordering, and she got right back with me. Then, without me realizing, I ordered from the website, and then from Etsy on different items. They were happy to connect the two orders so Id get them at the same time. Both my items, necklace and ring, that have my husband's ashes.. are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Ive gotten many compliments on the ring as I wear that the most! Am definitely recommending them!! My neighbor is next to order her item with her husband's ashes❤️

This ring means the world to me, and it's just beautiful. Cam was so kind, responsive, and the quality of the ring is incredible. I changed my ring size and moved after I placed my order and Cam was accommodating and quick to reply. Cannot recommend working with her enough! Ordered 3 bracelets which cost £300 and £50 delivery , when arrived I had to pay £77 custom fee which is expected. So all in payed £400+ for 3 bracelets. They arrived the pendants with hair was nice however the quality of the bracelets wasn’t great , after 1 day my sisters snapped and was given a refund , now 3 weeks later mine and my mums have snapped and been lost so left now with no bracelets after poor quality and breaking for £400 I would expect something that would last

If I could give a thousand stars, I would. Most amazing company I have ever dealt with. The customer service, the quality of the product, everything. I messaged in on a very ridiculous timeline that I thought would be impossible and she made it happen for my two girls. I could never thank them enough. AMAZING EVERYTHING.
