My 3 star rating is not because of product, the product is wonderful and I would give that 5 stars, however, the online assessment is where I ran into an issue. I am 34 years old and have genetic heart disease and genetic high cholesteol which I take statins for and is the major reason behind me using this type of service, to ensure I’m getting everything I can to support my heart and assist in lowering my cholesterol, but, because of my age, the assessment didn’t attempt to cover anything heart related. After taking the quiz at least ten times, I decided to change my birth year to 20 years older and voila, up popped questions pertaining to heart disease and I was then able to find what I was looking for, but I don’t think the assessment should be ruling that out for the younger folks and I worry many may not be getting the support they need because of their age, there should at least be a question asking if there’s any medical conditions that haven’t been gone over that they’d like to address and at least be given the opportunity to find what they need. Otherwise, I love the product!!!

Ordering was easy, the service was helpful, delivery was quick and support was right there. Unfortunately, the vitamins repeated too often to continue using them. I tried them because making my own vitamin packs was time consuming.

Happy with the vitamin quality, however it would be great if Persona's user interface allowed you to review and select/deselect vitamins recommended to you that you wish to have included in your monthly pack, along with the ability to select other vitamins of interest to add to your pack without being restricted to the several recommendations provided each time you take an assessment. My assessment results have varied multiple times despite me reporting similar symptoms and criteria each time I take it - I wish I could customize my pack given recommended results + others that can be selected which also prove suitable to your needs. I work long and specific hours, so do not want to have to speak with one of Persona's representatives each time I look to further customize my monthly vitamin pack order - I'd prefer to do this online where possible with safe and suitable vitamin combinations, and if anything have to consult a Persona representative for any more specific vitamin combinations that may have contraindications based on what's recommended to me that I am interested in including in my monthly pack. I would also prefer to not have to take an assessment each time I want to peruse alternative suggestions, and then I'm stuck only with what the assessment results provide me with no options to customize or add/drop other vitamin options from my former assessments.

Honestly, I think Persona is a great idea. The quiz is super helpful if you want to get an idea of what kind of supplements will actually help you out, and the product itself is good quality from what I can tell. Unfortunately, I don't think that it's worth it for me personally. As far as price goes, Persona just doesn't really work for me. It's much cheaper than Persona's current competitor, Care/of, but from my results, I found that I could get all of the supplements I was recommended (not including Persona's Appetite Support and Herbal Rest pills) for around $14 a month. My Persona package, by comparison, was $38, so unless those two pills are really worth $24 a month to me, it just doesn't make sense. I understand that the point is the convenience of it- you don't have to go out to the pharmacy and by a bunch of pills and then remember to take them every morning. But honestly, it's really not enough of a hassle for me to spend twenty bucks to avoid it. I could easily get one of those weekly medicine boxes, and for the cost of five minutes of my time a week and maybe five bucks for the actual box, I can get the exact same result. Beyond that, there were only a few things that bothered me. The packaging that the supplements shipped in was a bit too... flashy for my tastes? If that makes sense. Not that nutritional supplements are something that the neighbors will judge me for, but a dark blue cardboard box with the brand name on the side just feels like it's calling attention to itself. I totally realize that this is probably something very specific to me, but it was also my first impression of the product, and I didn't much care for it. I also found that it was a bit difficult to figure out how to separate the pill packages at first. Again, this is a super minor thing, and once I got the handle of it, it was a non-issue. No points lost there. Overall, I actually loved the product and the way that it was presented to me. It really did feel personalized, and I got the impression that the people behind Persona truly wanted me to live my best, healthiest life. I would not question anyone who decides to use this product themselves- for some people, the time to purchase and organize pills themselves really is too much, or maybe it's just nice to feel like they have a team on their side. But for me, other than taking the quiz to find out what I need, the cost just really isn't worth it.

The packaging does not tear easily or consistently. There are times I have to cut a pack open with scissors. I have considered opening all the individual packets and putting them into single separate containers, but that defeats the purpose.

Feel great after taking them, but it is not something I can do long term. The fact of actually taking SO MANY pills just made me nauseous.

The packaging and personalization was great! There was a lot of great info included and I could tell they care a lot about the customer and their satisfaction. But I am about... 20ish days in? I've taken them with water and food, I've never missed a dose but honestly, I don't see or feel any difference at all. I'm waiting to see what my lab results are like to see if there's difference in my bloodwork to show that anything at all has changed but if not, I really don't know if it's worth paying this much to not have any results.

Their customer service was very good. Their packaging very impressive, however, I had to stop taking them as I did not feel well after 5 days. I've taken vitamins my whole life so not sure why these affected me. They gave me a full refund.
