Great service, need work on the app
Love the service, communication and expertise. I find the webpage to be very thorough, and easy to navigate. The app is a little limited. I wish I could navigate and be able to edit my order through the app in My Program. Also, a lot of the warnings that pop up in the check-ins slows the experience and have no opt out after you read them the first time. I would like that option. Also, I'm logged in to my account and if I want to take the assessment again I have to fill in my info again, it is a little frustrating. Other than that I love the program, keep up the good work.

I love the packaging!
I love the packaging. It is easy and clean. I haven’t noticed any real difference in how I feel but I will keep taking them for a bit. Good luck

I liked the personalized vitamins packaging. The individual packs and box of vitamins were all personalized. Liked it a lot. The vitamins are working well.

This is a great service.
This is a great service. I have been pleased with the convenience and customer service. The packaging is beautiful, and the information sent with your first shipment is helpful. One area of growth need would be the packs, several times I have unattached the packet by the seam as directed and the pills have poured out, dropping everywhere. I do believe the supplements have worked and is providing me with the ‘extras’ my body needs.

I really like the packaging and staff…
I really like the packaging and staff is very pleasant. I actually received a follow up call to see how things are going. I don’t see much of a difference but it hasn’t been 28 days so I’m going to give it a little while longer. I really appreciate the discount. I don’t think I could afford the program without it.
