Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Our Sound Slumber program is set up into a 3 phase program. We jumpstart the program with a one-time Phase 1 dose of 3 mg melatonin and one Herbal Rest. This will get your levels up and ready for cycling. Your next order will contain Phase 2, which is a lower dose of 300 mcg melatonin and one Herbal Rest. Phase 3 cycles you off the melatonin for optimal efficacy and contains two Herbal Rest. After you've completed Phase 3, you will cycle between Phase 2 and Phase 3. You can freeze any of these phases and continue the one that is best for you instead of cycling.
