When you place your first order, we will automatically ship a new order every 28 days, and with FedEx delivery within the US, shipments should arrive in 2-3 days. This should arrive in time when your previous packs run out. However, as you say you can cancel at anytime or change the next ship date by signing into your account in case that's needed. Hi there, Happy you're enjoying the concept! We appreciate your feedback on our packaging, we too care about recycling which is why we will be launching our biodegradable packs this year. Most of our materials we ship are recyclable too and because most of our Persona customers use multiple prescriptions, they end up using less plastic with us than if they were receiving medications in traditional pill bottles.
