Quality supplements
I love the convenience and high quality of these supplements. Mine include the Herbal Rest, so they have me taking them all at night, but mine also includes a multivitamin, and I don’t like to take anything with B vitamins at night because they give you energy. I also take an allergy pill daily in the morning. So I got a day and night daily pill container and I split them up. I wake a lot in the night, and while I do still wake up (I live in NYC so often it’s due to noise), since I’ve started taking the Herbal Rest I have been waking less often and fall back to sleep easier. I don’t take all of the ones that were recommended, but most of them.
