I researched and took the personalized quizzes for multiple online supplement plans. Persona had the most thorough quiz with the easiest to understand results. They provide detailed information on each supplement and how it can help you reach your goals. Persona did not "push" too many options, but did provide optional suggestions to add if desired. It is very helpful to have the cost per day listed as well. It has been almost a month and I already feel better and definitely notice a difference in how my body feels.
