I haven't slept this well in YEARSSS.... UNTIL NOW!
I was sceptical at first but eager to try a vitamin service where I didn't have to purchase 10 different bottles of things and feel like I was poppin pills every night and morning. I LOVE that they come in individual packages for night and morning with all the pills you need at the right time. I wasn't sure if I would "need" per say all the vitamins that were given to me as recommendations. But I figured, what the heck, these are nutritionists I'll give it a try. I tell you what, I have not slept this good in years until I started getting my body right. I'm feeling so good now that I'm considering going off of certain medications (with doctor support obvi). I am even trying cordyceps for this next month to help give me a energy and mood boost. So far loving everything about this and the fact that I don't have to go to the store when I run out, they are just delivered to my door right when I need it. Also, the reminders on the app are amazing because with the hustle and bustle and stress of work and daily life, vitamins and self care typically fall behind.
