So convenient! Very happy with my purchase!
I am the primary caregiver for my elderly Mom, who lives in my home. I homeschool my daughters, who are 12 & 13. And, I work 30-40 hours per week from home. To say my diet is unbalanced is an understatement. I decided to give this a try because I've been feeling sluggish for a couple of years. About 3 weeks in, and I am definitely noticing a difference in my energy level & mood. I'm not big on taking pills, but I will suck it up & continue this, as the benefits outweigh that issue by far.
