Packaging, marketing and delivery were all exceptional. The quiz was a bit generic and a little vague, basically the questions seemed very obvious (do you want better skin?) Well I'm not sure who doesn't want that. So I got recommended 100$ worth of vitamins each month. I felt a lot of it was kinda sales pitchy.... Granted the first month it gave me a 40%off coupon. However, I do not see 100$ a month worth of benefits at this point. I am a very active person and eat very good. Maybe someone who doesn't have such a varied diet would find more benefit? Idk. I will give it 90 days to reach full body intrusion, however, at this point I see myself scaling back on some of the vitamins to just the basics, especially once they stop handing me the 40% off coupons. If it stayed at 60$ a month I think I would keep with it for a year to really test the effectiveness. But the cost is very high for the physical results I am currently seeing. To be fair I have not tried any other Vitamin subscriptions. I love the packaging and thought behind it all. I think I will probably reach out to the nutritionists and see what they recommend. Hopefully a real person will be able to be more helpful than the initial generic quiz? Overall, very satisfied with many aspects of it. Definitely worth trying if you are looking for a hassle free way to get good quality vitamins.

I have more energy

The service is excellent and so is the product. It’s hard to believe that I can get a customized pack of vitamins with everything I need for under $50 a month! Everyone I have told about it seems equally surprised by the value. I was taking zquil to sleep at night and no longer have any issues falling to sleep. Yay!

I had not received my monthly box and was concerned, so I chatted with the customer service. I was upset, but Claire A was very helpful and courteous. I realized I made the mistake of not updating my information, and so the blame was solely mine. Regardless, Claire helped me to update everything and process my next shipment. Professional, excellent. I will be staying with Persona for the unforeseeable future.
