Amazing customer service
After placing my initial order, there was an issue with the shipper, and my order was never delivered. I reached out to Persona, and Lori G was amazing! Even though it was not Persona's fault, she empathized with my situation, immediately ordered a replacement, and gave me a coupon for a future order. However, she did not stop there! She also proactively pushed out my next ship date to account for the delay/double shipment and continued to track BOTH shipments. She reached out several times with updates on both until she confirmed with me that I had received my vitamins. Although the delay with the shipper initially had me questioning whether these vitamins were worth it, Lori's fantastic customer service demonstrated Persona's commitment to their customers and renewed my faith.
