Taking control of my health
After years of being on one medication after another and feeling no better I decided to take control of my health through food and exercise. Persona has allowed me to take away the medications and focus on eating Whole Foods real food to heal and support my body and use the personalization that Persona provides to fill in all the nutrition and lifestyle supports that I need. It has been an important piece of the puzzle to help me get control of my body, health and life. I no longer feel trapped by the pharmaceutical companies. It’s hard work and one size does not fit all. Persona’s let’s you know when your next shipment is going to be sent and allows you to tweak your order. I even retook the test to adjust my order as needed. Each day I just open one little bag with all the vitamins for the day. It’s so easy. It allows you to subscribe or just try or be month. I feel good about what I’m doing. Thank you Persona for helping figure out what is best for be based on my personal life. You made an overwhelming process so simple.
